PT Bima Samudra Bahari (BSB) is a company engaged in the recruitment and placement of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) abroad. Established with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and quality, BSB has obtained an official license from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia as a company authorized to place Indonesian workers overseas.

In its early years, BSB was recognized for successfully placing skilled Indonesian fishing crews in various countries. Building on this experience, BSB has now expanded its services to land-based job placements in multiple industries, providing broader opportunities for Indonesian workers to build global careers.

With a focus on legality, transparency, and worker welfare, BSB is dedicated to guiding every worker from the recruitment stage, through training and documentation, until departure and safe return to Indonesia.
